Thisis a hybrid position - the enrollee will work from home more than 50% of thetime and needs to live in the Missoula area.Positions listed here do not guarantee employment for any definite period.Enrollment in the Experienced Worker Programs administered by NEW Solutions istemporary. This position is currently funded for an estimate of 604 hours. Theenrollment relationship between NEW Solutions and the Enrollee is an ?at-will?relationship. This means that an Enrollee is free to terminate enrollment at anytime during the enrollment period, and NEW Solutions and the Agency have theright to terminate the relationship with the Enrollee.PLEASE NOTE: An ?Enrollee? is not a federal employee, nor an employee of NEWSolutions. An ?Enrollee? is a participant in a grant program established througha Cooperative Agreement funded by the agency and administered by NEW Solutions.This opportunity applies to applicants legally eligible to work in the UnitedStates.Qualifications:Minimum of 20 year(s) of experience in Realty/Land Tenure OR BA/BS Degree withminimum additional experience of 15 year(s) in Realty/Land Tenure OR Previouslycompleted training in Beginning Lands and Realty, Intermediate landsExperience required with Windows, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Teams, MS SharePointArcProDuties:The position will serve as a technical expert and adviser to the realty programacross the State, and be instrumental in making recommendations on a widevariety of complex and controversial lands and realty actions, includingrights-of-ways, land acquisition and disposal, Recreation and Public Purposes(R&PP) actions, exchanges, permits, leases, withdrawals, and trespass.Assist State with Technical Questions and Program Advice 50%Assist Realty Program with Land Tenure actions 40%Update MLRS as needed 10%Other:IT security training, ethics training, Defensive Driving if use of agovernment vehicle is needed.Physical requirements: The work is primarily sedentary.
