We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Steward to become part of our growing team.

Job Role

As a Steward, you're the unsung hero of the kitchen-keeping the rhythm smooth, the tools clean, and the backstage operations flawless. Whether it's scrubbing, sanitising, or staying ahead of the rush, your role is essential to creating the unforgettable dining experiences we're known for.

What You'll Be Doing

• Maintain all kitchen and back-of-house areas in pristine, sanitary condition
• Clean kitchen equipment according to schedule and hygiene standards
• Operate pot-washing machinery safely and efficiently
• Support the culinary team by keeping everything spotless, stocked, and ready
• Ensure full compliance with hygiene regulations and company policies

What You Bring to the Table

• Some previous kitchen or stewarding experience? Great...if not, we'll train you
• A positive, proactive attitude and solid work ethic
• Strong attention to detail, you don't miss a spot
• English communication skills (spoken & written); other languages are a bonus
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays
