Position: Part time receptionist

Location: Missoula

Schedule: M-F 7:30am-2:00pm with 30 minute lunch

Express Employment is looking for a Part Time Receptionist!
This role is the first point of contact for the public, responsible for greeting and check-in, answering calls, notifying the correct representative that they have a client, and light computer tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phone calls
• Transfer phone calls to the correct representative
• Computer skills
• Assisting the public and greeting them

• Must have a minimum of 1 year customer service
• Clean background
• Must be reliable and have good communication
• Must demonstrate strong customer service and conflict resolution skills when working with upset or dissatisfied customers.
