Warehouse Associate

Embark on your journey as a Part-time Warehouse Associate, where you're at the heart of our operations. You'll not only handle the ebb and flow of products as they enter and leave the facility, but you'll dive into the world of inventory management for a leader in industrial distribution. This position is for our branch located at 3010 W Broadway St, Missoula, MT 59808. The shifts are Monday through Friday, from 7:00am to 5:00pm, with 10 to 28 hours per week.

Overview

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: managing and maintaining branch inventory, receiving, picking, packaging, shipping, and cycle counting inventory, making local deliveries with a company vehicle as necessary, maintaining a clean and safe work environment, and performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success.

Required Position Qualifications

The duties and responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to: being 18 years of age or older, possessing a current full valid driver's license issued in the country where the job is located, proficient written and oral communication skills, proficient computer skills, learning and performing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities, being highly motivated, self-directed and customer service oriented, demonstrating attention to detail and strong sense of urgency, working independently as well as in a team environment, demonstrating our core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork, lifting, sliding, carrying and lowering packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs, passing the required drug screen (applicable in the US, Puerto Rico and Guam ONLY), passing a background check, and successfully passing a post-offer pre-employment drug screen, background check, and previous employment verification.

Preferred Position Qualifications

Previous experience receiving, shipping, sorting or managing inventory.
