THE GIG:

• Great starting pay: $18 hr+ performance bonus
• Part-time hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, from Noon to 9 pm.
• Team Player: You'll collaborate with your team to pick, wrap, and load orders, ensuring everything is spot-on for delivery.
• Impactful Work: Every day, you'll play a vital role in our supply chain, making sure products arrive safely and on time.

WHAT YOU'LL DO (Your Daily Adventures):

• Navigate the warehouse, using a wrist scanner or instructions to find and pick orders with precision.
• Get hands-on by attaching tags and marking containers for easy identification.
• Batch orders to make sure they get to the right location.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• A year of similar work experience is a plus, but not required - we're happy to train the right candidate!

PHYSICAL DEMANDS (Let's Get Real):

This role is active! You'll be:

• Lifting: Frequently lifting up to 35 lbs (crates, cases, boxes) and occasionally up to 60 lbs.
• Carrying: Frequently carrying items up to 35 lbs over short distances.
• Reaching & Bending: Often bending to pick low items and reaching overhead for high ones.
• Strong Grip: You'll need a hand grip force of at least 50 lbs to handle equipment and freight.
• Pushing & Pulling: Occasional pulling of hand trucks (50 lbs) and pallet jacks (75 lbs), and pushing pallet jacks (50 lbs).
• Moving Around: Frequent walking and standing, occasional crouching, kneeling, and climbing step ladders.
• Temperature Tough: You'll work in diverse conditions, from the freezer (-20°F) to the truck van (115°F).
