With our exclusive switchboard software, agents receive automated lead syncing, lead nurturing, multi-channel communication, and funnels for free. Switchboard helps communicate with potential customers via emails, text messages, and phone calls on the agent's behalf to maximize efficiency. Agents spend less time on the phones trying to obtain clients and work alongside switchboard to increase productivity.

We offer one-on-one mentorship, weekly training calls, webinars, and local, regional, and national training events. Our business is managed remotely. We also provide leadership development programs such as Agency Owner Academy, Thrive, and Connect.

Agents must be able to communicate effectively to educate and assist homeowners with their financial needs.

All agents must provide personalized coverage tailored to our diverse clientele.

As a certified Mortgage Protection consultant, agents will gather necessary information and present customized financial plans.

Responsibilities:

  1. Promptly contact exclusive in-house leads to answer questions and provide product information.
  2. Prepare engaging presentations for clients.
  3. Assist clients in applying for coverage and support them through underwriting.
  4. Follow up on pending business requirements.
  5. Participate in training and mentorship programs to learn our sales systems.
  6. Attend Zoom meetings and conference calls with team members.
  7. Participate in professional development opportunities, including in-person conferences when available.

Requirements:

  1. Must hold a Life Insurance License in your state or be willing to obtain one. Assistance available if needed.
  2. Consistent access to a computer with internet.
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  4. A passion for helping others.
  5. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, self-motivation, growth mindset, and integrity.
  6. Coachability, willingness to learn, and ability to implement feedback.
  7. Commitment to ongoing self-improvement.
