HIRING: Remote Senior Freight Broker - ONLY the Elite Need Apply. READ THIS TWICE. We are seeking experienced freight brokers who can bring freight, close deals, build carrier relationships, and show real numbers. This is a remote role with a focus on performance and results.

Who You Are: an experienced Freight Broker with a track record of moving freight consistently, knowledge of lanes, margins, and carriers, and the ability to build and maintain relationships while delivering measurable results.

• Working fully remote and managing your freight desk like a business within a business.
• Booking freight, managing customers, handling carriers, and owning your lanes.
• Building and scaling your success with the support and tools provided.

Qualifications / Requirements

• Demonstrated history of moving substantial freight with known lanes, margins, and carrier relationships.
• Existing book of business or proven ability to move loads consistently (day in, day out).
• Comfortable with calls, capable of building and keeping relationships, and able to prove performance with numbers.
• Ability to provide top-month results, average margins, and significant wins upon request.
