As we blend tradition with modern dining convenience, we need an Administrative Assistant to support our operations and ensure smooth day-to-day functions. Responsibilities
  • Assist in managing daily administrative operations and ensuring efficient workflow.
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings for management and staff.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and physical mail in a professional manner.
  • Maintain organized filing systems, both electronic and physical, for easy access to important documents.
  • Prepare reports and presentations, compiling data as needed for various projects and meetings.
  • Assist with inventory management and supply ordering to support restaurant operations.
  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and managing front desk responsibilities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in office management is a plus.
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant or hospitality industry.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other office software.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • A proactive and positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
