About the Team

Our Strategic Digital Markets sales team partners with multinational corporations to address and solve complex risk problems, delivering solutions that directly impact customers' ability to mitigate and manage risk.

About the Job

The Strategic Account Manager role exists to grow revenue in established, strategic accounts through sales of LexisNexis Risk products and solutions.

Responsibilities
  • Developing strategic sales plans to identify and track revenue trends, recognize sales opportunities, and target specific sales activities.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and annual revenue objectives within a defined list of named accounts.
  • Developing and implementing strategic account plans to identify sales strategies for top accounts, assess revenue potential, outline targeted activities, and determine required cross-functional resources needed to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Establishing and maintaining customer relationships. Acting as the liaison between sales support and customers in order to provide excellent service.
  • Developing research analysis techniques to identify customer prospects for which products and solutions can meet their business needs. Contacting these prospects and determine the business needs and identify decision-makers to penetrate new business relationships.
Qualifications
  • BS/BA or equivalent work experience.
  • 10+ years of proven strategic sales experience to multinational corporations. Background in selling risk, data, or identity management solutions a plus.
  • C-level selling experience.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • Strong organizational and forecasting skills.
  • Up to 30% travel is required for this role.

Position is eligible for base salary plus a variable component. Commissions uncapped.

The salary ranges listed vary by location, with base ranges typically in the $140,000$160,000 USD range depending on location. Specifics include:

  • Hawaii and Colorado: $140,000-160,000 USD
  • Maryland and Washington: $140,000-160,000 USD
  • California and Washington DC: $140,000-160,000 USD
  • New York and New Jersey: $140,000-160,000 USD
  • Washington: $111,100.00 - $206,300.00
