Job Duties & Responsibilities:
  • Represent Medefy Health positively in the market.
  • Develop a territory-specific go-to-market plan with sales leadership.
  • Become a SME on Medefy Health products and solutions.
  • Build a sales funnel through personal lead generation and prospecting.
  • Leverage and develop employee benefits channel relationships.
  • Establish channel partner relationships to generate qualified opportunities.
  • Manage the sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Communicate with prospects to identify challenges and value-add opportunities.
  • Demonstrate product functions and utilities based on client needs.
  • Pitch the platform to stakeholders, mainly with self-funded health plans and benefits brokers.
  • Guide prospects through the sales process to close.
  • Attend networking events, meetings, and conferences.
  • Manage travel and entertainment budgets.
  • Maintain industry and technical knowledge.
  • Partner with sales leadership on enterprise opportunities.
  • Maintain detailed CRM records.
  • Provide sales forecasts and updates.
  • Ensure seamless customer hand-off to Customer Success.
  • Maintain customer satisfaction through ongoing communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams.
  • Meet sales targets quarterly and annually.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience in employee benefits, health plans, or solutions.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing benefit channel relationships.
  • Effective communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven revenue delivery in relational sales environments.
  • Industry knowledge and connections in employee benefits.
  • Ability to execute a territory-specific go-to-market plan.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Coachable and improvement-oriented.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team-player mentality.
  • High integrity, accountability, results-oriented.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
Preferred Skills:
  • Tech-savvy.
  • Experience selling healthcare navigation or SaaS solutions.
  • Experience with employer-sponsored pharmacy solutions.
  • CRM experience (HubSpot preferred).
  • Proven success selling to C-Suite executives.

Supervisory duties: None.

Travel requirements: Up to 75%. Remote work enabled.
