You will leverage your expertise to influence at all organizational levels. This is a remote role based in the USA and reports to the Sr. Director DBSO Innovation.

Responsibilities

• Drive innovation growth by coaching leaders to lead with Danaher Business System: applying DBS tools and fostering an inclusive culture
• Own and execute a collaboration agreement between an Operating Company and the DBSO that enables the Operating Companys success through implementation and sustainment of DBS principles
• Guide strategic innovation initiatives, ensuring alignment with Innovation KPIs (IFV/IPV, project OTD, Revenue Achievement) and mentor teams to achieve excellence
• Lead through influencing all levels of the organization from senior leaders to practitioners, balancing coaching across differing discovery and delivery strengths
• Advocate for innovation, managing a specific tool to promote widespread adoption and sharing best practices

Qualifications

• You are currently a Product/Portfolio leader with a consistent track record meeting 80%+ Revenue Achievement in the last 3 years. Bachelors or Masters degree in science or technology with 8+ years experience in Product Management or Product Marketing or Strategy
• Proven track record leading global product portfolios end-to-end, from ideation to launch and lifecycle management
• Hands-on experience defining proprietary segmentation, product portfolio strategies, product roadmap, and value-based pricing that outgrows the market
• Able to navigate from big problem to specific issue with humility and curiosity while dealing with ambiguity. Self-driven with a continuous improvement and growth mindset
• 3 years of experience coaching senior leaders (L1 or above) by leveraging facts/data and asking critical questions to get to root causes; success with Danaher DBS tools (PSP, Daily/Visual Management), CI, CPD, LEX, and DDV

Travel & Environment

• Willingness to travel internationally; minimum of 50%, up to 70%

Nice to have

• Current Advanced Certified Practitioner, or Certified Practitioner in at least 1 of: CI, CPD, LEX
• Hands-on experience leading Policy Deployment (PD)
• Comfortable with remote working

Compensation & Benefits

The annual salary range for this role is $180,000-$220,000 USD. This is the range we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation at the time of posting and may be modified in the future. This position is eligible for bonus/incentive pay.
