As Vice President of Public Sector with GlideFast Consulting, you will be responsible for leading, developing, and executing the go-to-market strategy for the public sector business. Reporting to the COO, you will oversee sales across federal, state, and local government, managing all aspects of business development, capture, proposals, and contract execution. You will lead all aspects of federal business development, capture, proposals, and contract execution, while managing a high-performing sales team to secure and sustain contracts. This is a strategic, relationship-driven role focused on leveraging networks across the public sector to open new opportunities, deepen partnerships, and expand our presence in the market. You will oversee the full capture and proposal lifecycle, identify and qualify opportunities, and shape client-focused solutions that align with federal requirements. Your leadership will be central to expanding market reach, strengthening client partnerships, and ensuring a smooth transition from contract award to delivery, directly driving the companys growth objectives in the federal sector.
The starting pay range for this role is $175,000.00 - $200,000.00. Actual compensation will depend on a number of factors, including actual work location, relevant experience (internal or external), technical skills, and other qualifications.
