An enterprise SaaS client of Insight Global is seeking an experienced and motivated Speaker Manager to join our team remotely. This company leverages AI and Quantum technology to tackle some of the world's most challenging problems and are dedicated to connecting thought leaders with impactful speaking opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-profile speakers and securing speaking engagements. This role requires excellent research skills, the ability to interact confidently with high-level executives, and a deep understanding of the speaking industry.

Key Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough research to identify potential speaking engagements that align with our speakers expertise and goals.
Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level executives, event organizers, and industry leaders.
Oversee the scheduling, logistics, and coordination of speaking engagements for our roster of speakers.
Negotiate contracts and fees with event organizers to ensure favorable terms for our speakers.
Collaborate with the marketing team to promote speakers and their engagements through various channels.
Gather feedback from events to continuously improve the quality and impact of our speakers presentations.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Speaker Manager or in a similar role.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with high-level executives.
Strong research abilities to identify and evaluate potential speaking opportunities.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple engagements simultaneously.
Proven experience in contract negotiation and securing favorable terms.
