About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Big Sky Smiles and Sedation as a Dental Receptionist! In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our practice, ensuring a seamless experience for our patients while supporting our dedicated dental team in Missoula, MT.

Responsibilities:

Greet patients warmly and manage check-in/check-out processes efficiently.

Schedule appointments and manage the dental calendar to optimize patient flow.

Answer phone calls and respond to patient inquiries with professionalism.

Verify insurance information and process payments accurately.

Maintain patient records and ensure confidentiality in compliance with HIPAA regulations.

Assist with administrative tasks, including filing and data entry.

Collaborate with dental staff to ensure a positive patient experience.

Handle patient follow-ups and reminders for upcoming appointments.

Requirements:

Must have dental experience! Eaglesoft software experience preferred.

Previous experience in a dental is a must.

Strong communication skills and a friendly demeanor.

Proficiency in dental software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.

Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.

Knowledge of insurance protocols and billing processes is advantageous.
