About The Role

The Senior Technical Marketing Manager (Sr. TMM) for Endpoint Security combines advanced technical expertise with product marketing leadership to shape how CrowdStrike positions, markets, and delivers its endpoint protection, detection and response, and data protection solutions. This role reports to the Director of Technical & Product Marketing and serves as a senior member of the Product Marketing team. You will define messaging, create technical narratives, and drive go-to-market success, influencing product positioning, customer adoption, competitive win rates, and CrowdStrikes leadership in cybersecurity. You will act as both a technical subject matter expert and a product marketing partner, producing demonstrations, workshops, and technical content while shaping stories and strategies that resonate with customers, analysts, and the market. This is an individual contributor, hands-on role.

What You'll Do

• Develop and deliver compelling demonstrations of CrowdStrike Endpoint Security and Data Protection capabilities aligned to GTM motions, use cases, and product lines
• Build labs, workshops, demo videos, whitepapers, best practice deployment guides, and enablement assets that accelerate adoption and highlight CrowdStrikes differentiation
• Serve as a bridge between technical marketing and product marketing, aligning product capabilities with market narratives and competitive positioning
• Shape positioning, messaging frameworks, and launch strategies as a core member of the Product Marketing team, ensuring they resonate with buyers, partners, and analysts
• Lead the creation of technical and thought leadership content, including demo assets, launch materials, blogs, webinars, and technical articles that highlight CrowdStrikes innovation in endpoint security and data protection
• Influence messaging and competitive positioning strategies for endpoint security and data protection in close partnership with Product Marketing
• Play a key role in launch planning, campaign development, and field enablement, ensuring that technical depth and product positioning are tightly aligned
• Support Analyst Relations with technical expertise, live demos, and detailed product briefings
• Collaborate with Sales Engineering and Enablement to develop sales plays and training that sharpen differentiation in the field
• Create practitioner-level guides and technical content that accelerate buyer decision-making
• Represent CrowdStrike at conferences, tradeshows, analyst briefings, and customer events as both a technical SME and product marketing spokesperson

What Youll Need

• 8+ years of cybersecurity product experience strongly preferred, in roles such as Technical Marketing Engineer, Sales Engineer, Technical Account Manager, Solution Architect, or Technical Product Marketing Manager
• Deep expertise in endpoint security, including EDR, NGAV, XDR, and related data protection technologies such as DLP, encryption, insider risk mitigation, and cloud data protection
• Experience working with enterprise endpoint security technologies
• Understanding of data protection strategies including DLP, encryption, and insider risk mitigation
• Proven experience creating and delivering complex technical demos, workshops, and enablement content
• Proven experience influencing product marketing strategies, including positioning, messaging, launches, and GTM campaigns
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to clearly articulate technical value to technical and business audiences alike
• Self-motivated, adaptable, and comfortable operating in a high-velocity environment
• Bachelors degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience

The base salary range for this position for all U.S. candidates is $125,000 - $180,000 per year, with eligibility for bonuses and equity, plus a comprehensive benefits package.
