As a Business Banking Remote Coverage Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team dedicated to supporting our clients and prospective clients in a remote environment. This position and the broader team are expected to provide a full range of banking services with an emphasis on loan and deposit products, aiming to earn 100% of the client's relationship, including all partners and offerings of the Bank.

You will proactively call on clients, prospects, and referral sources to maximize results, focusing on acquiring, expanding, and retaining business banking relationships, with an emphasis on deposit, treasury, and business lending growth.

Participation in community and business functions is essential to ensure a positive image for the bank within the regional marketplace and to establish referral contacts within the community. Achieving specific sales and service goals individually and leading the banking centers goals quarterly and annually are key responsibilities. You will work with staff to develop and implement individual goals aligned with the banks standards and objectives.

Additionally, the Business Banking Remote Coverage Leader is expected to critically review, analyze, and structure business loans, monitor loan portfolio performance, and maintain contact with borrowers to understand and resolve issues. Promoting the Bank's image through community activities, coordinating development efforts, and identifying market trends to leverage solutions are also vital roles.

You will create, train, and coach a successful sales team to serve clients total financial needs, resulting in increased market share, wallet share, and profitability. Managing relationships with various business partners to ensure cross-sales and service quality, building rapport with clients and colleagues, and maintaining respectful interactions are fundamental to this role.

The position involves leading a team responsible for origination, processing, and execution of SBA loans in a centralized manner, managing intermediary relationships, and ensuring credit quality and performance of the portfolio in collaboration with bank partners.

Minimum Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent experience
• 3+ years of successful commercial or small business lending
• 5+ years of banking experience
• 5+ years of B2B development experience

Desired Skills:

• Minimum of 5 years of successful commercial or small business lending
• Minimum 5 years of banking experience
• Completion of a bank training or formal credit training program

Work Environment:

• Ability to perform physical tasks such as grasping, pushing, pulling, lifting, bending, and holding overhead
• Flexibility to work overtime (up to 5%) and remotely as needed
