Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, guiding them with empathy and motivation
• Lead the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a welcoming and supportive experience

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 5+ years of experience as a Customer Service Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, or in a Marketing role
• Exceptional communication skills and high emotional intelligence
• Proficiency in computer applications and Microsoft Office
• Strong time management and organizational skills, thriving in a remote work environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong understanding of the North American market
• Previous experience in a heart-centered service or transformational programs
