Job Description
Are you a skilled technician looking for a place to call home? A long-standing, multi-generational heavy equipment company with a family-friendly atmosphere is seeking a Heavy Equipment Technician to join their team. They are committed to providing quick and correct service every time, and you'll be an integral part of making that happen.
Heavy Equipment Technician Responsibilities:
- Diagnose, repair, and recondition a variety of heavy equipment and components.
- Stay current on company and competitor products through ongoing training.
- Complete all required reports and forms accurately.
- Work collaboratively as part of a supportive, team-oriented environment.
- Technical school training or equivalent work experience.
- Heavy equipment work experience is preferred.
- Strong mechanical skills, including hydraulics and electrical.
- The ability to bring your own tools.
- A clean driving record and the ability to comply with company's safety-sensitive position requirements.
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs. and good manual dexterity.
