Wage Range: $17.00 to $19.00

Position Summary:

As a Housekeeping Associate, you will be responsible for ensuring that lodge rooms and condo units are cleaned and prepared for our guests. You will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, attractive, and secure environment, with a strong emphasis on attention to detail. You should be flexible to work most weekends and holidays, and your performance may lead to a year-round, benefited position.

Essential Functions and Major Responsibilities:

  • Maintain a professional appearance while adhering to our dress code.
  • Execute company cleaning procedures to prepare accommodations for occupancy.
  • Stock and maintain housekeeping supplies in designated areas.
  • Complete housekeeping assignments and accurately report the status of each room, noting any maintenance issues or supply shortages.
  • Ensure guest security by keeping all doors locked.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Fulfill additional tasks as directed by the Supervisor, Housekeeping Manager, or Operations Manager.
  • Familiarize yourself with our resort facilities.

Specific Job Skills:

License/Certifications: None required

Technical: None required

Physical Capabilities: Ability to walk or stand for up to 8 hours per shift and lift up to 35 lbs.

Additional: Must be comfortable working with cleaning chemicals.
