Overview: Join our dedicated team as a Quality Assurance Inspector! In this pivotal role, you will report to the Quality Manager and ensure that our projects meet high standards of quality through thorough inspections and documentation. Your attention to detail will minimize errors and enhance traceability on-site.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed inspections and adhere to Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs).
• Document findings precisely to optimize traceability and accuracy.
• Communicate effectively with the project team, owners, and representatives to meet quality objectives.
• Maintain project QC documentation, ensuring all issues are resolved promptly.
• Organize and lead QA/QC meetings, keeping an updated log of deficiencies and punch lists.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and coordinate with local agencies for inspections.
• Identify and address situations where project specifications may fall short of code requirements.
• Consult with senior management for complex issues beyond your expertise.

Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of QA/QC experience and 5 years in a construction environment.
• Technical education in engineering or related fields is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, codes, and standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with construction management software.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships on-site.

Physical Demands: The position involves working in varying conditions and requires physical stamina for tasks such as lifting and carrying objects up to 50 pounds. Protective equipment is mandatory.
