Oem Account Manager

We are looking for a proactive and motivated OEM Account Manager to oversee and expand an existing portfolio in the Southeastern Michigan region. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow an established book of business, driving sales of fluid systems products and services.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular face-to-face meetings and consultations.
• Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities and potential growth areas within the market.
• Serve as a technical expert to clients, providing insights and solutions tailored to their needs.

Qualifications:

• 5 - 10 years of experience in commercial sales with a focus on industrial products.
• Demonstrated ability to forge strong relationships with customers through effective communication and consultations.
• Proficient in a consultative sales approach with outstanding presentation skills.
• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, or Industrial Engineering preferred; other disciplines considered.
• Experience with SAP B1 software is an advantage.
• Ability to pass background checks and drug tests as required for customer site visits.
