About the Role:

As a key member of the marketing leadership team, you will report directly to the VP of Marketing and be responsible for building the technical foundation that will powerour next stage of growth.

• Own and Evolve our Marketing Infrastructure and Technology: You will be the owner of our entire marketing technology stack. Your role involves auditing, selecting, implementing, and integrating tools that give us a competitive edge. You should be pragmatic, seeking the simplest and most effective solutions.
• Pioneer our AI-First Future: You will lead the adoption of AI across marketing functions, designing and implementing AI-driven workflows to enhance performance, efficiency, and creativity. You will also train team members on these new AI processes.
• Command the Technical Health of our Website: You will own website performance and technical operations, including site speed, uptime, and complex projects like programmatic SEO. You will decide whether to in-source or outsource website engineering and manage the team if in-house development is chosen.
• Ensure our Emails Get Delivered: You will oversee email infrastructure and deliverability, ensuring reliable and effective communication with prospects and customers.
• Be the Guardian of our Marketing Data: Working with analytics, you will manage data flows, maintain data hygiene, and develop reporting systems to enable data-driven decisions.
• Empower the Entire Marketing Department: Your goal is to leverage technology to develop scalable processes that enable the department to operate more efficiently and quickly.

About You:

• You are genuinely 'AI-first.' You have a proven track record of implementing AI tools and workflows to achieve business results.
• You are a seasoned Product Manager. You have extensive experience managing complex B2B PLG SaaS marketing tech stacks and translating internal needs into technical roadmaps.
• You are a master communicator and translator. You can explain technical concepts to both engineers and non-technical team members effectively.
• You are a true technical expert. You understand AI, website architecture, data infrastructure, and email deliverability, with the technical skills to collaborate with developers.
• You are a builder at heart. You are hands-on, analytical, and comfortable solving technical problems and auditing workflows.
• You are egoless and deeply helpful. You focus on team success, root cause analysis, and problem-solving.
