The Compliance Consultant Principal role serves as a strategic advisor to the AVP of Compliance Regulatory Intelligence and Compliance Oversight, driving strategic initiatives that align regulatory responsibilities with enterprise goals. This role leads special projects, fosters cross-functional collaboration, and ensures the seamless execution of compliance strategies across the organization.
Bachelors degree in legal studies, business management, information management, or related area of study, or equivalent combination of education and/or relevant work experience. 8 years of work experience in business/process analysis, project/program management, and/or at a pharmacy benefit management organization. Must be eligible to work in the United States without need for work visa or residency sponsorship.
Ability to travel up to 10% of the time. Ability to work in a flexible schedule which may include weekends, holidays, or shifts outside of Primes core business hours of 9:00am-3:00pm. Constantly required to sit, use hands to handle or feel, talk and hear. Frequently required to reach with hands and arms. Occasionally required to stand, walk and stoop, kneel, and crouch. Occasionally required to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.

Potential pay for this position ranges from $94,000.00 - $160,000.00 based on experience and skills.
