Principal Product Manager - Marketplace (Remote)

Base pay range: $200,000.00/yr - $230,000.00/yr

We are a global marketplace enablement platform redefining how commerce happens online. Our platform powers some of the most iconic retailers and brands worldwide. ThisJobot posting is hosted by Brandon Bays.

Location: Sparks, NV (remote)

What Youll Do

• Own end-to-end product delivery for a marketplace platform launching late Q4/early Q1.
• Partner with 4 backend engineers, 1 frontend, 1 analyst, and 1 designer.
• Write detailed requirements and ensure smooth sprint execution.
• Handle micro-decisions such as config defaults, UX polish, error handling, and copywriting.
• QA features and coordinate GTM activities with Sales and Marketing.
• Define success metrics, build basic dashboards, and track performance.
• Document functionality, edge cases, and roadmap for upcoming releases.
• Run efficient daily async check-ins and 2 weekly scrums.

What Were Looking For

• 58+ years in product management, ideally in B2B SaaS or marketplaces/e-commerce.
• Hands-on execution focuscomfortable doing the glue work.
• Skilled collaborator with engineering, design, and GTM.
• Data-driven, with strong QA and analytics experience.
• Tools: Linear, Figma/FigJam, Notion, Posthog, Segment.
• Strong async communicator, overlap with US time zones required.
