Senior .NET Developer with Angular - Remote, PA

This resource should have a strong Microsoft .NET development background with extensive experience using Visual Studio 2022 or higher, C#, ASP.NET, .NET 8 or higher, Angular 18 or higher, Blazor, and Oracle. The position requires the ability to design and build new web-based applications that adhere to the Conservation and Environment Delivery Center coding standards.

Must have:

• 10+ years of hands-on software development experience.
• Hands-on .NET 8 experience. 2+ years experience preferred.
• Hands-on experience with Angular and related technologies. At least 4 years building frontend with Angular 18+ preferred.
• Experience in building and consuming WebAPIs. 5+ years preferred.
• Good understanding of API documentation.
• Good understanding of OAuth.
• Experience integrating with third-party services, especially payment processing.
• Deep understanding of Entity Framework and LINQ.
• Experience with Oracle database development and tuning.
• Proven experience in designing user interfaces, with samples if available.
• Experience leveraging Azure DevOps for development activities.
• Knowledge in creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps, using PowerShell scripts.
• Hands-on experience with Git.
• Understanding of unit testing methodologies.
• Experience working directly with business users to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical documentation skills, including experience with Visio.

Nice to have:

• Experience with .NET 8 or higher.
• Experience with Angular 18+ or thorough understanding of Angular ecosystem.
• Experience with Oracle database.
• Familiarity with Razor pages and CSHTML.
• Knowledge of modern CSS frameworks.
• Understanding of Dependency Injection.
