This role is responsible for supporting sales efforts, delivering exceptional customer service, and ensuring a positive experience for every customer. In this position, you will play a key part in driving sales, addressing customer inquiries, and representing the brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.

Starting Wage: $18/hour

Schedule: Monday through Thursday, 6:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Essential Functions and Duties:

  • Answer phones warmly and assist with product inquiries and purchases
  • Manage sales transactions accurately
  • Provide product information, recommendations, and upselling where appropriate
  • Respond to customer queries via phone or email in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide basic product troubleshooting procedures
  • Support sales campaigns, promotions, and events
  • Record customer feedback and escalate issues when necessary
  • Work collaboratively with the sales and service teams to meet targets and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a sales or customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Confidence in handling customer issues and finding solutions
  • Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
  • Basic math and computer skills; experience with CRM systems is a plus
  • Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
  • High school diploma or equivalent
