PROJECT MEASUREMENTS:As new contracts are sold by the Sales Division, proposals are emailed to you and uploaded to I 360. These are to be contacted promptly within 72 hours so they can be completed within 5 business days of the Sale. Field Measurements are to include completion of the following:Introduction. Confirm contract details outlined on the proposal. Complete appropriate Measurement documents to be submitted to the Ordering Department. Take all pertinent jobsite photos to assist the Ordering Department in supplying adequate and accurate materials for the installation as well as provide the potential installer with a comprehensive understanding of the scope of work. Provide the customer with a realistic timeframe for installation based on initial approximate installation timeframes, material turnaround, and manpower availability. Explain customer communication process going forward and give an introductory explanation of the installation process.
