Train with the store manager and /or co-manager, to learn the overall operation of the store. Areas to be trained on include but are not limited to, learning to make supervisory decisions that are consistent with Town Pump standards, policies, and procedures.understand controllable expenses, sales increases, inside gross margins, shortage controls, and promotional programs.set an exemplary example for co-workers in terms of professionalism, attitude, and teamwork in the areas of customer service and Convenience Store Operations.
