We are seeking a full-time Medical Assistant MA to be a resource for our Family Medicine and Rheumatology departments at the Broadway building. The Medical Assistant MA will:Welcome patients and prepare them for their health care visit. Complete intake assessments including medical history and vital signs. Assist during procedures. Monitor, document, and administer medications and immunizations. Perform phlebotomy and point of care laboratory testing. Manage and prioritize patient portal (My. Chart) and telephone communications. Participate in and support patient education. Coordinate ongoing care including referrals and prescriptions.
