The Opportunity: The purpose of this role is to provide support to both internal and external customers by handling low-cost and/or low-complexity claims file inquiries, escalating issues when needed, maintaining accurate documentation, and adhering to established guidelines to contribute to the achievement of departmental success and corporate objectives. - Location: Montana, USA - Work Arrangement: This role is ideally a hybrid role requiring 3 days/week in our Missoula, MT office. The hours for this role are 7:30 am-4:15 pm MST Monday through Thursday, and 7:30 am-12 pm MST on Fridays. - The starting salary range for this role is between $21.00/hour and $31.50/hour depending on experience.
