Conduct comprehensive assessments to develop individualized, culturally sensitive treatment plans for perinatal patients and NICU families. Deliver brief behavioral interventions and emotional support to pregnant and postpartum individuals, as well as families with pediatric or NICU patients. Provide crisis prevention and intervention services as needed. Collaborate closely with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to ensure coordinated, holistic care.
