Under general supervision of the Facilities Manager and in conformance with established policies and procedures, the Facilities Technician is responsible for the maintenance repairs of bank properties and equipment, and related functions. Major Duties and Responsibilites: Provide prompt and courteous service to all internal and external customers, supporting the goals and mission of the bank. On a regular rotating schedule, do a visual structural damage and security check for main bank. Report all problems to the Facilities Manager or Security Officer. Perform safety check of boiler and air handler systems as scheduled by the Facilities Manager, including weekends and holidays, to make sure it is operating properly. Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure its proper operation and report problems to the Facilities Manager. Stay up to date with maintenance computer programs including Maintain. X, HVAC Metasys, Lighting programs, and fire suppression system.
