Member Services/Front Desk Receptionist (Full-Time, up to 35 hours/week)

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and reliable Front Desk Receptionist to join our team! In this key role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our organization, creating a welcoming and positive experience for all clients and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet clients and visitors with professionalism and warmth
  • Answer and direct phone calls and emails in a timely manner
  • Schedule and manage appointments
  • Maintain and update electronic health records (EHR)
  • Perform data entry and general medical filing
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
  • Support daily operations with a variety of administrative tasks as needed

Schedule:

Responsibilities

•Arrange appointments for employees and keep the calendar up-to-date
•Greet visitors, clients, and fellow employees when they arrive at the front desk and provide them with any necessary directions or information
•Handle deliveries and manage incoming and outgoing mail
•Assist with other administrative tasks, such as data entry, copying, filing etc.
•Take incoming phone calls and respond to emails and ensure the appropriate people receive all relevant information
•Keep the front office secure by ensuring all visitors follow the proper sign-in procedures

Qualifications

•Displays impeccable interpersonal, time management, organizational, and customer service skills
•Proficient computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office
•At least one year of receptionist or administrative assistant, experience, or similar preferred
•High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
•Has experience answering telephone calls and troubleshooting stressful situations
