Position Overview
Work From Home Call Center Customer Service Representative needed to handle high-volume customer calls. Provide exceptional service while working remotely with full training and support.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer service calls professionally
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints efficiently
Process orders, payments, and account changes
Provide product information and technical support
Meet call handling time and quality metrics
Document customer interactions accurately
Follow call center scripts and procedures
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
Excellent verbal communication skills
Strong listening and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work in fast-paced environment
Reliable internet and dedicated quiet workspace
Professional phone presence
Technical Requirements
Computer with Windows 10/Mac OS
High-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
USB headset with noise cancellation
Landline phone connection preferred
Backup internet connection recommended
Compensation & Benefits
$16-20/hour based on experience
Weekly pay available
