We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Direct Support Professional to join our team. As a Direct Support Professional, you will be responsible for providing support and assistance to individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. You will work closely with individuals to help them achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest.

Competitive Pay:

• Base Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour, with additional opportunities for growth and development available

• Overnight Shift Differential: $1.00 per hour for any hours worked between 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Sign-On Bonus: $300 for full-time employees

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist adults with developmental disabilities in activities of daily living (ADLs).

• Maintain a clean and safe environment.

• Keep accurate electronic records.

• Administer medications.

• Prepare meals and assist with feeding.

• Support community outings and client activities.

• Monitor clients throughout shifts to ensure their safety and well-being.

• Assist with educational and skill-building activities.

• Use Mandt training for behavior management.

Full or Part-time Work Schedules Available:

• Day Shifts: 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

• Evening Shifts: 3:00 P M to 11:00 PM

• Overnight Shifts: 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM

• Relief Shifts: Flexible scheduling available.

We can work with your availability!

Employment Options:

• Full-Time: 30-40 hours per week.

• Part-Time: Less than 30 hours per week.

• Relief: Flexible scheduling, with a minimum of one shift per pay period and a requirement to work two Arc holidays annually.

Requirements

What We're Looking For:

• Shift Expectations: Overnight shifts are AWAKE shifts, meaning employees are expected to remain awake throughout the shift.
