Description:
As a Housekeeper at the Residence Inn in Downtown Missoula, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Clean and tidy all areas to the standard cleanliness with mandated chemical cleaners.
Complete rooms to expected standard within company allotted time frame.
Deliver excellent customer service!
Complete assigned list of rooms in timely manner.
Maintain equipment in excellent condition.
Report on any supply shortages, damages or security issues.
Handle reasonable guest complaints/requests and inform others when required.
Comply with health and safety regulation and act in line with company policies.
Shifts:
Morning Shift: 7am - 3pm - Full training and Quality Assurance must be obtained before transitioning to this shift.
Day shift: 9am-5pm - standard shift.
Evening shift: 12pm-8pm - Full training and Quality Assurance must be obtained before transitioning to this shift.
Hours will be determined by occupancy. 8 hours per day is not guaranteed. Weekends availability is required.

Job Requirements
To be successful in this role, you need Basic English communication skills. Medium work - exerting up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 20 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Possess the ability to bend, stretch, twist or reach with your body and arms, work under variable temperatures and noise levels. Near Vision - The ability to see details at close range. Ability to stand for long periods of time without sitting or leaning. Ability to multi task.
