Job Details

A Night Janitor/Van Driver, is responsiblefor cleaning and maintaining designated areas of the hotel and respondingto guest requests . Is responsiblefor greeting guests and driving guests to and from requested destinations inthe hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service andfinancial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performingthe following tasks to the highest standards:

• Clean designated areas including, but not limited to, restrooms, public areas, offices and banquet/meeting/ conference rooms.
• Perform tasks including, but not limited to, dusting and polishing furniture and fixtures, vacuuming, mopping, and sweeping entry way, washing windows, cleaning/waxing floors, removing and disposing of trash.
• Report maintenance deficiencies and items in need of repair, stock and maintain supply rooms, as needed.
• Perform deep cleaning tasks and special projects (for example: mattress flipping, furniture moves, etc.), as needed.
• Greet guests in a friendly manner, deliver guest requests and assist in cleaning guest rooms, drive airport shuttle as needed.

• Drive property-designated vehicles to and from guest destinations including, but not limited to, local airports, restaurants, theaters, sporting events, convention centers, etc.
• Maintain cleanliness of property-designated vehicles on a regular schedule
• Greet arriving and departing guests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Assist guests with luggage
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests and resolve guest issues in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Retrieve and transport guest luggage
• Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely, friendly and efficient manner
• Organize and store luggage, as needed, according to guidelines
• Assist in the maintenance, appearance and functionality of equipment
• Perform routine property tours to assist with tray pick up, garbage removal, overall property security, etc.
• Other duties as assigned
